Călin Mureșan is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction in Timisoara, Civil Engineering section in German. He joined PORR Romania more than 15 years ago, and his experience in the company started with an internship program.
He fondly remembers his first project, the rehabilitation of the Campina - Predeal railway section, where complex works were carried out in collaboration with colleagues from PORR Bau Austria. He had the opportunity to learn a lot about construction and realised that this was the right career for him.
In 2016 , Călin was promoted to Project Manager, working with his team on over 50 infrastructure projects. These include local and county road upgrades and repairs, urban regeneration with Fast Park car parks and tram line rehabilitation. As of January 2024, he is the Technical Director of Timisoara Local Infrastructure Division.
From his point of view, PORR is the perfect place for young people at the beginning of their careers who want to build a career in the construction industry.
