Emanuel graduated from the Technical Constructions Faculty of the Timișoara Polytechnic University, the Department for Railways, Roads and Bridges in 2004. Emanuel joined the PORR team in 2007 as Site Manager on the Egger project in Rădăuți, SUCEAVA County. Afterwards, he was part of the teams who implemented the company's reference infrastructure projects, ARAD - BYPASS, Oradea Airport, Cihei Oradea Passage, Sebeș - Turda Motorway LOT 4, filling positions from site manager, deputy PM, PM to Project Coordinator. Starting with 2018 he took over the management of the Timișoara branch, and starting with 2020 he is part of the company's management.
As of January 2024, Emanuel is the new Chief Operating Officer, Local Infrastructure Division, having under his direct coordination all PORR Romania projects in the local infrastructure spectrum, both in the Western and South-Eastern part of the country.
Emanuel is an open, dedicated and passionate person. He likes to lead and develop the teams he works with.
In his free time, Emanuel spends time with his family, he enjoys going out in nature and cooking for his loved ones.
