Vlad started his activity in PORR Romania in 2014, in the position of Quality Manager for the Sebeș-Turda motorway project. After its completion, he accepted the challenge of being Deputy Project Manager and, later, Project Manager, for a new motorway project, Sibiu-Pitești, lot 1. The latter is a landmark project for his career, since he took it over from the beginning and completed it, together with his team, 4 months ahead of the contractual deadline – which is a first in Romania for a project of this size.
Vlad is a visionary and encourages innovation and progress in the construction industry. He is not afraid to take risks if they bring about positive change. He believes that the success of a team is guaranteed, as long as there is a relationship based on trust, communication and respect.
