Stela Carstea is our commercial director in charge of the building construction division. She has been working in the construction industry since 1999. In 2006 she started her activity at PORR Romania, laying the foundations for the operational commercial management of the company.
Given her vast experience in the infrastructure field, she took over in 2013 the coordination of the commercial division for building construction.
Stela works with numbers, is an accomplished woman both personally and professionally, and has a passion with no connection to numbers: she is a creator of refined cakes. Passionate about pastry, she pays close attention to detail, in order to create the perfect look for her sweet creations.
