Effective June 2024, Iulia has been appointed as Commercial Manager within the Bucharest North Local Infrastructure division, but her professional path within PORR began in 2007 and included different experiences and projects. Prior to assuming her current position, she held successively the following roles: project management assistant, site economic lead, project commercial manager, group commercial manager. She believes that all these steps contributed to her becoming who she is today as a human being, a colleague and a manager.
Her managerial style is autonomy-focused and is based on encouraging each team member to be committed and responsible, to bring forward proposals, ideas, suggestions. Iulia believes that honesty, transparency and trustworthiness should be counted among the qualities of true leaders.
She likes to spend her free time reading, travelling and pursuing new challenges.
