Technical Director within the Infrastructure Special Projects Division starting July 2024, Franjo has been working in Romania since 2007 and joined PORR in 2021, when he was entrusted with leading the Vidra - Comana Lot 1 railway rehabilitation project.
He believes that trust and respect are the cornerstone of any successful team and that the leader’s role is to mentor to perform better, while also caring for the growth of each of his colleagues. Franjo is a firm believer in the right to make mistakes and the use of mistakes as learning opportunities, with the help of qualified feedback.
His hobbies include sports activities, preferably with some good rock music in his headphones.
