Contract Management Director within the Infrastructure Projects division starting June 2024, Anca joined the PORR team in 2014, on the eve of commencement of Lot 4 Sebes – Turda motorway project. Prior to holding this position, her professional background started with a Contract Management role, then with the Contract Management Coordinator position within the Major Projects division. Part of this latter job was involvement in the performance of numerous infrastructure works and special projects. Subsequently, she was in charge with setting up an internal Contract Management department, and then in coordinating and developing the internal contract management teams within the Building and Local Infrastructure divisions.
Anca believes that the following should be counted among the qualities of a good leader: decisional transparency, fair play, the ability to support and encourage debates among team members. Anca has been working in the Contract Management field since 2008, with no interruptions and is the holder of a Master’s degree in International Arbitration obtained at the Law Faculty, University of Bucharest.
