Florian first came to Romania in 2010 when PORR participated in the tender process for a project around Arad. He was part of the Tender Department in Vienna at the time. In April 2014, he joined PORR Romania to work on the motorway project Sebes Turda Lot4, where he was pleased to start as the Head of Technical Department on site until 2017. Two years later, after developing a Project Control Concept in Vienna, he returned to Sibiu-Pitesti Lot1 in 2019.
