SC PORR Construct SRL, owner of the project "Bored well and protection zone", proposed to be located in Tigveni commune, Argeș county, announces to the interested public the decision of the Environmental Protection Agency Argeș - not subject to environmental impact assessment, within the appropriate assessment procedures, for the project "Bored well and protection zone", proposed to be located in Tigveni commune, Argeș county.
The draft categorisation decision and the grounds on which it is based can be consulted at ANMAP Argeș, located in Pitesti, str. Egalității, nr. 50, Argeș County, on Mondays-Fridays between 10:00 and 13:00, and at the following website http://apmag.anpm.ro.
Interested members of the public may submit their comments/ observations on the draft classification decision at the ANMAP Argeș headquarters, within 10 days of the date of publication of the notice on the ANMAP Argeș website.

PORR Construct SRL, the holder of the project “CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED SPORTS FIELD, WOODEN GAZEBO, EXTERNAL ARRANGEMENT, ON-SITE UTILITY NETWORKS, UTILITY CONNECTIONS AND SITE ORGANIZATION”, informs the interested public about the issuance of the screening stage decision by the Ilfov County Environmental Directorate.
The project is not subject to environmental impact assessment/appropriate assessment/water body impact assessment, within the framework of the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project “CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED SPORTS FIELD, WOODEN GAZEBO, EXTERNAL ARRANGEMENT, ON-SITE UTILITY NETWORKS, UTILITY CONNECTIONS AND SITE ORGANIZATION”, proposed to be located in Ilfov County, Buftea City, postal code 070000, Rândunelelor Street, no. FN, Land Register No. 59717.
