With over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources and organizational development, Veronica joined the PORR Construct team in early June 2020.
In the past, Veronica had held management positions in two organizations in the financial-banking field, BRD Finance and BNP Paribas Personal Finance Paris, Bucharest Branch, successfully contributing to the implementation and capitalization of projects in the area of organizational development, performance management and internal communication.
A graduate of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Veronica strongly believes that everyone has the right to reach their potential and that one of the key ingredients for successful organizations is the people-centered approach. Together with the PORR Construct Romania team, Veronica has taken upon herself to develop the human resources strategy, to consolidate the role of consultant and business partner of the “human resources person”, supporting and multiplying the company's success in the local market.
Success for Veronica is measured in one’s ability to cultivate relationships that "polish" the best version of each of us.
The discussions and moments spent with her daughter, books, biking and hiking are Veronica's sources of energy. She likes autobiographical books and psychology, and the book she recommends to any book lover is "Educated" by Tara Westover, for the powerful message of love, courage, and the power of education.
