Dana Ghencioiu is, as of March 2023, the Director of the Finance Department of PORR Romania. She is a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
She started her activity in PORR in 2015, in the Controlling department. Subsequently, she joined the Mechanization team and also worked with colleagues from the Procurement team. Together with the colleagues from the departments she worked in, Dana advocated for and promoted the benefits of digitization (implementation of PES applications, supplier catalogues on the digital procurement platform, cloud analytics, etc).
She currently manages the Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Insurance and Archive departments.
Dana is a leader who strongly believes in teamwork and encourages communication and involvement from each of her colleagues. She is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, believing that a diverse workforce can bring a unique set of ideas and perspectives to the table.
