After completing his studies in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna in the year 2005, Harald started working in PORR as a constructions engineer and in 2006 as a site manager.
His career with PORR Romania started in 2007 as Technical Office Manager for the railway project in Campina – Predeal. In 2013, he took over the management of the Technical Department in PORR, coordinating the acquisition of infrastructure projects in Romania.
