Cezar Posea started his activity in PORR Romania in 2015 as Project manager. In this role, he coordinated construction projects for buildings such as Metroffice and Bucharest Business Garden.
Six years later, in 2021, he was promoted as Special Constructions Division Manager, within the Civil Constructions Division.
He works in the construction industry for over 27 years and is a true professional.
